This is a romantic six bed camp. Tented safari camp in a private concession in the Linyanti area of Botswana. Each tent is on a raised wooden platform with en suite facilities. Walking Safaris are a three day wilderness adventure, led by our experienced guide.

Camp out in mini-Meru tents with open air facilities. Game drives take place at dawn, afternoon and evening in seven seater open-sided 4x4 vehicles with qualified professional guides. Roam the open floodplains of the Selinda Reserve, both on and off road, searching out the big game, sometimes stopping for short walks or for a more detailed inspection of minutiae.
Zibadianja Camp, overlooking the Zibadianja Lagoon, evokes a sense of old-style safari with its four large, luxuriously appointed double or twin 'marquis style' tents. At a maximum of eight guests, the emphasis here is on individual hospitality and privacy. Each generous tent and veranda is positioned under cool and shady trees to emphasise the spectacular view and comprises a spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom, a copper bath and shower as well as outdoor shower. All of the Chobe wildlife is present at Zibadianja with a varied bird and mammal community. Abundant plains game can be found here including lechwe, kudu, buffalo, zebra and giraffe. It is also a predator-rich reserve including cheetah, wild dog, lion, and leopard. The massive herds of elephant are another highlight while a wide variety of birds - some 300 or more - can be seen.

Zibadianja was once the fantastic no frills Zibadianja but now the recent refurbishment of early 2008 and the new name have totally changed the camp……….in a good way! We always loved the no frills approach of ‘Zib’ and so the private plunge pool approach took quite some getting used to. However having passed the test of its first open season, Zibadianja has found its place amongst Botswana’s most luxurious camps, whilst keeping the character it became so famous for. The game here is very good and the walking in this reserve is some of the very best in Botswana. The camp is truly stunning…..luxurious yet so very intimate at the same time. We love Zib…….and we are so glad we can still say that!
